my account is locked and this is my 4th request for assistance. NONE of the suggested troubleshooting tips have helped resolve this issue. I CAN'T ACCESS MY FORMS.

Hi Carmelia,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform support. I checked your email address, c.osley.parity@gmail.com, and can confirm that it's active and currently on the Starter plan. Are you receiving an error message when logging in to your account? If so, can you take a screenshot of what's happening and share it with our Support Forum so that I can have a better idea of what's going on and help you with this? This guide will show you how to do that.
You may also consider clearing your browser's cache and cookies as well to help fix cache related issues. Alternatively, you may try resetting your password. Let me walk you through it:
1. Go to the Jotform Main page and click on Login at the top-right corner of the page.
2. In the window that opens, click on Forgot Password?.
3. Enter your email address, and then click on Send Reset Instructions.
4. You'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Open the email and click on the Reset Password button.
5. Enter your new password, enter it again to verify it, and then click on Create a New Password.
There you go. Your new password is now set, and you can use it to log into your Jotform account. You can also check out our How to Reset Your Jotform Password guide for more information.
