How can I collect the data from each line about to use in a calculation field
for example, if TBE Member = "yes" I would assign a value, but how do I get the data from line 2 and line 3 etc?

Hi Joel,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. While the feature you’re looking for isn’t currently available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our Developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.
We appreciate your patience while we work on a solution.

Is there another way you can suggest to accomplish this request?

Hi Joel,
As a workaround, you can use the standard Short Text, Email, and Dropdown Elements instead. This way, you'll be able to assign Calculation Values to the dropdown options and get the values of other dropdown elements as well. The users will not be able to add more rows, but you can add multiple rows and just display them based on their answer. Let me show you how to set it up:
1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element.
2. Find the Section Collapse from the Form Elements and add it to your form.
3. Add the Short Text, Email, and Dropdown elements to the form.
1. From the Form Elements, find the Short Text element and add it to the form.
2. Do the same for Email and Dropdown.1. Select the Section Collapse, then press Shift on your keyboard and click on Meal Choice.
2. Click on the Duplicate button on the top-right portion of the page.
3. Find Meal Choice from the dropdown, and click Duplicate.Lastly, add the dropdown for the number of people:
1. Add the Dropdown element to the form.
2. Go to the Options Tab, and add the options.Lastly, set up the conditional logic:
1. Click on Settings from the top navigation bar.
2. Select Conditions from the left menu.
3. Click on Show/Hide Field from the list.4. Set the condition as follows:
5. Set another for when the selection is equal to 2.
6. Lastly, set another for 3 people.
Since you used the dropdown elements, you can then set Calculation Values in them. Here's how:
1. Select the dropdown and click the Gear icon.
2. Go to the Options Tab.
3. Add the Options of your dropdown.4. Scroll down and turn on the Calculation Values option, and set the Values for each option.
After that, you can use the dropdown elements in the calculation. For more information, you can check our guide here. Here is my demo form which you can check and clone.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
