Hello! I am interested in AI agents. Can I use them on my site but without calling a function? I mean users can only send messages.

Hi payproforbusiness,
Removing the Call button on the AI Agent widget is easy, let me show you how:
- In AI Agent Builder, click on Welcome Page on the bottom left of the page.
- Now, click on the Call Button.
- Finally, turn off the Show Call Button feature in the right panel.
That's it. Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.

I understand that you want to remove the voice call button on the chatbot of your AI Agent. Unfortunately, it is not currently possible. While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. Exactly when or if it's developed depends on their workload, how viable it is, and how many other users also request it. If there are any updates, we’ll circle back to this thread and let you know.

Hi,
We have sent a fix for this issue. You can now turn off the voice option here, and the voice button will not appear on the chat screen.
