Condition #6: The form is almost exactly as I want it! In conditions, when I have selected question 1 (how would you like to participate) set as business.....I want it to only show question 5 and 10. #10 should redirect to another form and is set to do so, but I cant get it to show up in the preview format. It shows #5 but then only the payment fields. (I do not want them being presented to the business sponsors).
Also, same issue with conditions 1 and 2. The conditions read exactly as I want them but there seems to be something selected that leaves the #7, 9, 11 and #12 (payment method questions in there.
Please help! And thank you for all that you do!

Hi Sonia,
When I checked your form, it seems like you have updated it and there are some missing fields. Also, for the condition associated to the option As a Business for question number 1 was revised. Were you able to fix the issues with the changes you made? If not, can you share with us which conditions now are not working and explain more how should the form work, and it's flow so we can assist you further?
Just to answer your initial question associated to the Venmo and Payment Method fields, Since Venmo is powered by PayPal Checkout even if you hide the Venmo field the system will still show it since both fields are connected. As for the Thank-you page not showing after clicking submit since the Payment Integration you used Venmo which is powered by PayPal, you will be redirected to another page first to process the payment before the Thank You page will appear.
Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.

Skillern25Replied on January 26, 2025 at 7:05 AMI fixed it all last night by taking the conditions down to just one IF and
also only entering the needed items to be shown or hidden. I mentioned in
my first request that the problem had to be in conditions and starting over
with conditions solved it.
Also, at some point the night before, I had filtered the conditions screen
and was missing a few conditions. It was all making me crazy and it was
way too late to stay up and try it over and over again.

Hello Sonia,
If I understood it correctly, you want a condition to redirect the form user to another form if the field 'Please select How you would like to Partner with us?' is filled with 'As a Business' and not the Payment Field? If so, I have checked your forms condition and I can't seem to find any Thank You Page condition for that. If that is what you are trying to create, you can add a Thank You Page condition to redirect users to another form. Let me show you how:
- In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
- In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Conditions.
- Now, click on Add a New Condition and then click on Change Thank You Page.
- Set the condition and add the link where user has to be redirected.
Once we have a better idea of what’s going on, we’ll be able to come up with a solution.

This is helpul! Thank you!
Can I use the redirect link option (shared above by you), to direct the venmo payers to a link instead of a QR code or when donors are wanting to pay with venmo?
Any idea why Venmo doesn't show up as a link when the venmo button is selected as the payment method? On the preview form walk through, it shows the venmo QR code but when you are filling the form in real life, it only lets you pay with paypal. -

Hi Sonia,
Yes, you can follow the steps provided by my colleague, Myla, to redirect your users to your Venmo payment link conditionally. As for your other question, I've moved that to a new thread. You can check that out here.
Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Please NOTE and share with the developers that redirecting to our Venmo URL from the jotform works when you click the link from your phone BUT if you use a link shared on Socials of any kind, the link takes you to the venmo app, asks you to update and then takes you to your personal venmo but NOT to our direct link. Again, it DOES take you to our direct link when you click from your text or email from the phone.
