Cannot clone all fields in the form app

    when I'm cloning an App, it does not copy all the elements; Please refer to:

    then I cloned it and this is what I get:

    A lot of the elements are not transferred over.


    Help.

    Hi Mobicards,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you check in your app settings if you allow cloning? To check, let me show you how:

    1. In App Builder, in the purple navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on App Settings.
    3. Then scroll down to Prevent Cloning and toggle it to OFF.

    I toggled it off. It still does the same thing. The funny thing is that when i take off one element from the cloned one. i gets replaced with another one from the 30 elements from the original one. it's as if it's there but it's maxing out to show only 9 elements instead of 30. Please look into this because i honestly think this is a technical glitch.

    Hi Mobicards,

    It's possible that some widgets or elements may not be supported in the cloning process, leading to them not being copied over. Can you try clearing your form caches and try to clone the app again to see if the issue persists? Let me show you how:

    1. On your My Forms page, click on your Avatar/Profile Image icon.

    2. In the window that opens, click on Settings.

    3. In the Settings menu, scroll down to the bottom and click on Clear Cache. And that's it, you're done.

    Clearing the cache didn’t work either. If you only cared to open my examples, you would’ve solved this or probably elevated this to someone who could help me. Your explanation re some elements not being supported does not make sense either. The elements that were copied are exactly the same type of elements that were left out. Again, please look at the example links. I hope I get some solid resolution on this the next time.
