I have notification email recipients set to send a pdf when my form is submitted which works perfectly.
However I tried to set a condition logic email to 2 additional recipients when a certain condition was meet.
It caused no emails to be sent at all. I'm not sure what I did incorrectly.

Hi Christopher,
Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked your latest form, I didn't see any conditions being set. See my screenshot below:
Can you share with us the Form URL so we can check?
After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

I had to remove my conditions as it was causing me not to get any emails at all.

Hi Christopher,
When I checked your form, it was set up correctly. Note that since you're using the Change Email Recipient Condition, the selected Email will only be sent if the condition is satisfied. In your case, if the Job Number is equal to 051371. If the condition is false, no email gets sent out. Can you try to send a test submission where the Job Number value is 051371? The recipients in the conditions should be able to receive the email. I've also checked the bounce list and they're not there so they shouldn't have any issues receiving the email. Let them also try checking the spam folder if it's there.
If it persists, try removing and adding back the Notification Email. Usually, that solves the issue. Let me show you how to do that:
1. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
3. On the right side of the Notification field, click on the Trash Can icon, and delete the existing Notification Email.
Now that we've removed the old Notification Email, we'll just add a new one. Let's do it:
1. While you're still under the Emails tab on the left side of the page in Form Builder, click on Add Email.
2. Next, select Notification Email.
3. Click on the Recipients tab and enter your email address in the Recipient Email field.
4. Now, just click on Save and you're done.
Once that's done, you just have to set up your condition again and you're all set up. You can also try Whitelisting Jotform IP Addresses and Domains, adding noreply@jotform.com and noreply@formresponse.com to the contacts list, and setting up your own Sender Email via SMTP to ensure deliverability.
Give it a try and let us know if you need any help.
