How many emails can I add in paid plans?

    I'm currently using a free account which restricts me to add only 1 email address to a form. How many email address can I include to a form in the paid plans?

    Hi there,

    Thanks for contacting us.

    Paid users can add multiple recipients, however there would still be a limit of 10 recipients per Notification. You need to create a new notification if you wish to send it to more than 10 emails.

    Hi there,

    Thank you for the info! 

    I have 2 more follow up questions:

    1) Does the limit of 10 recipients per Notification apply to all the plans or does it differ from plan to plan? For example Bronze will allow me to add 5 recipients, Silver = 8 recipients etc.

    2) Do the recipients included in the notification require to have a JotForm account as well?

    1. Yes, 10 recipients per notification is applicable to all paid plans i.e. on Bronze, Silver and Gold plans, you can add up to 10 email recipients in one notification email.

    2. No, it is not mandatory for the recipients to have an account on JotForm.
