Is there a way to restrict the form by a cutoff time daily?

Is there a way to give my form a daily cutoff time, so it cannot be filled out after a certain time?

You may try adding a time field on the form with 24:00 hr format and setup a condition on the form to hide the submit button as below:

The above example would show the submit the button between 08:00 am to 08:00 pm.
