PDF Editor is not loading

    Hi this form pdf will not load, can you please resolve the issue

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned and tested your form to replicate the issue, and I ran into the same issue. I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers. As soon as we have an update, we’ll let you know.

    it's been 3 weeks since this was submitted. Please let me know if this is unusual support with Jotform. The whole point currently is to see if Jotform is a reliable tool for our company.

    Okay, unfortunately 3 weeks is unreasonable. I’d expect support’ to have the experience of the program and to be able to resolve this in a reasonable amount of time. If our company relied on this form then any process stemming from this would now be out of action for 3 weeks. It would literally have been quicker to recreate this form than it has been contacting and following up with support.

    coming up on three months and no resolution or follow up? please can someone remove this pdf from my login, it is stopping me from editing all pdf's
