Mobile App inbox: Search box is no longer available

    I use on my cell phone for business. I noticed I can no longer search for orders anymore, when I used to. I need tonsearch alot. I have attached a screenshot. Can that be put back please?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and see that the search button is still showing in the mobile app:

    Can you share what device are you using to access your submissions? Also, can you try logging out of your account, then log back in again?

    Why is it not showing up on mine? I sent a screen shot of my Jotform, exactly as yours, except that space you are pointing to in my screenshot is complete blank, and when I tap in that area, nothing happens?

    signing out and signing back in brought the search button back up. Very frustrating, but thanks for the suggestion.

    I wrote about this issue 8 months ago, and was told to log out and login, and that solved it. Now, I once again have NO search box at the top of my forms submissions, and when I logout and login, it is not fixing it. What do I do now? I need to search my submissions. Thank you. This is on the CELL PHONE

    Hi Cindy,

    Since logging out and back in is no longer resolving it, you can try the following steps:

    1. Update the Jotform Mobile App by going to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android) and make sure you’re on the latest version of the app.
    2. Clear App Cache by going to your device settings and selecting the Clear Cache option.
    3. Reinstall the App. If the issue persists, please uninstall the app completely and reinstall it fresh from the store.

    If after these steps the search bar is still missing, could you confirm:

    • The device make/model and OS version you’re using (e.g., Samsung Galaxy S21 on Android 14, or iPhone 13 on iOS 18).
    • The Jotform App version number is installed.

    This will help us check with our developers if the issue is device-specific. For now, you can still search your submissions by logging in through a web browser on your phone or desktop at https://www.jotform.com/login/.
