How do I get started with Jotform?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can create easily Survey forms at Jotform. We have a number of useful tools and Templates Customized for Surveys. We also have some Getting Started with Jotform guides to help you. Let me show you how you can create one by using a template:

1. On the Survey Templates page, find a suitable template for your needs and click on the Use Template button under it.
2. Once you click it, you'll be directed to Form Builder, where you can customize your survey as want.

It's also easy to add element, like the Scale Rating field to your form. Let me show you how:

1. In Form Builder, click on the Add Element button on the left.
2. Next, select the Scale Rating widget to add it to your form.
