Webhook Integration in Workflows

Is it possible to trigger a webhook as part of a workflow? If not, could you please add this to an appropriate feature request?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, we currently don't have a way that you can use Webhooks within workflows. Can you share in more detail what you are trying to achieve so we can help you further? We can also escalate this as a feature request once we have more information.

The goal was to be able to trigger a webhook on an approval that could update certain information in an external system (e.g. a CRM or other endpoint). For our purposes, we are using a JotForm form and webhook integration to create a post on a Wordpress website that would be in a 'draft' status, then could ideally have another webhook triggered as part of the workflow approval process that would update that post to 'published' status. There could be quite a few other practical applications, but this is what we were trying to achieve.

While the feature you're looking for isn't available at Jotform right now, we've gone ahead and escalated your request to our developers. I'd like to strongly second this feature request. Without it, workflows are effectively isolated to their own world and will never be able to provide full solutions at scale.

Webhook capability would unlock significant potential for workflows allowing them to integrate many last mile business processes by allowing interaction with the most important, critical and pervasive business systems and software. 

Just following up on the prospect of seeing this in the future. It'd be a wonderful way to update orders and trigger events on our website and ERP based on the JotForm workflow triggers and tasks.
