Account: Administrator Replacement

    Hello,

    Our administrator is no longer with us. Can the emails for Jotform be sent someone else on our team?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. If I understand you correctly, you want your forms' email notifications sent to your other team members. If yes, are the forms sending email notifications currently owned by the account associated with farahmanjiyani@achievementfirst.org? If this is not the account that you are referring to, can you provide us with the correct email address so we can help you better?

    yes the account we need to transfer ownership for is this one farahmanjiyani@achievementfirst.org

    Hi Achievement First,

    If you need to update the recipient of your Notification emails, you can easily do this directly in the Form Builder. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builderin the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on the Settings tab.

    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.

    3. Hover your mouse over the Notification Email element and click on the Pencil icon.

    4. Go to Recipients tab, and under Recipients Email section, update the email address then click the Save button.

    Account: Administrator Replacement Image 2 Screenshot 41As for changing the email address associated with your Jotform account, we can assist with that. However, I checked the email address farahmanjiyani@achievementfirst.org, and it’s currently linked to an existing Jotform account. Because of this, it can't be used for another account.

    You can either provide another email address that isn’t connected to any Jotform account, or log in to the existing account using farahmanjiyani@achievementfirst.org and change its email to something else. Once the email is freed up, we’ll be able to assign it to your desired account.

    Hello,

    Our account is owned by this email farahmanjiyani@achievementfirst.org


    They left the organization. I need to be the new owner of the account, how can we do this? We no longer have access to her email.
