Hi,
I am trying to link hidden fields via the pipedrive intergration.
Some pipedrive fields aren't showing.
I have tried to delete the intergration, re authorise and re build however this isn't working.

Hello Kegsonlegs,
I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but all short text hidden fields are visible and can be integrated into Pipedrive. Check out the screencast below to see my results:
Keep in mind that when mapping a form field, make sure that the field you're mapping it to matches its field type. If you run into the same issue again, let us know, and we'll do some more testing to see what's going on.

Hi yes I know the fields are there for Jotform.. but the first field the Pipedrive field you can't select them?? I.e first click referrer the pipedrive field first click referrer is not shown in the list..

Hi Kegsonlegs,
You cannot select the Pipedrive fields to be matched with the form fields. But the integration would automatically get the Pipedrive field type that matches the form field type. May we know what field types are not showing in the integration? You can try setting the field types as text or match the field types in your forms. You can check this guide from Pipedrive about field types.

I've matched the remaining Jot Form Fields to my Pipedrive fields. I gave an example above - First Click Referrer in both Jot Form and Pipedrive

Hi Kegsonlegs,
May we know the field type of your Referrer field in Pipedrive or the field types that are not showing for us to check? Using a cloned version of your form, I was able to match the first click referrer field using a text type field in Pipedrive. Check out this screenshot of my result:

The Pipedrive field type is "Person" so the same as Email, Name & Phone...

The issue might be related to the field permission. Can you ensure that the account connected to the integration has permissions to write to them?
As soon as we hear back from you, we can move forward with a solution.

Yes the account connected has permission, it's connected through the admin account.

When I cloned and tested your form, everything worked out the way it was supposed to. However, I need to verify some information from our relevant team pertaining to your concerns. We'd need to perform another test to see if we'll have the same results. See the screenshot below for my results:
I created a ticket about it and escalated this to our Developers. Once we get an update from them, we'll circle you back on this thread and let you know.

Hi still waiting on a reply for this.. I still am not getting the fields through for the Mint & Mingle forms (is working for Kegs on Legs).
