    Some of our campers are just now turning in their Dr. health care forms and I can upload it, but it will not save. Parents have signed authorization and consent for treatments, but because they cannot get into dr. appts right away, they are turning them in after registering for camp. Jotforms says it cannot edit signed forms. Is there a way around this?

    Hi Chris,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you share more details about the issue? Do you get an error or another page when saving? Can you also share the link to the page from where you're saving? If the Jotform Sign Automation is enabled on a form, the submissions cannot be edited. Can you share the URL of the form you're working on and a screenshot of the issue? Here's how to share screenshots with us:

    1. Click the View this thread button on the email you'll receive for this/my reply.Some of our campers are just now turning in their Dr Screenshot 30
    2. Click on the Add Image icon on the toolbar in the Your Answer section.
    3. Paste a link to an image or upload a screenshot from your computer.
    4. Click on the Add button on the modal.

    Once we have a better idea of the issue, we can move forward with the solution.
