Can't connect to PayPal Business integration

    Hi theboostershots,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked your account and it seems your form is using the Purchase Order payment integration. May we know the error you receive when you try to connect to PayPal business integration? Can you double check your account in PayPal if you have enabled PayPal business? Can you give it another try to connect to PayPal business and let us know what happens? 

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.

    Verified with PayPal Business...and now, clicking on Return to JotForm Inc does nothing.

    Closing that window and then selecting Continue on the PayPal Integration tab, gives this:

    I solved it. I had to close all my web browsers except the pop-up windows that connects JotForm to PayPal. Then, the button to return to JotForm works and the connection takes.

    I use Chrome for my brower, if that will help troubleshooting.

    Closing all web browsers except for the pop-up window that connects JotForm to PayPal sounds like it helped resolve the issue. Since you're using Chrome, it might be worth checking for any browser extensions or settings that could interfere with pop-up windows in the future. If you encounter this issue again, you could try using an incognito window or disabling any extensions temporarily to see if that helps.
