    Jotform Submission Not received.

    Kindly check on critical basis.

    Hi ARS,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I checked the form, I confirmed that you received two submissions today. I also checked the email logs, and saw that the Notification Emails were sent to the recipient. The recipient emails were not in bounce list as well. Can you share more information of the submission you did not receive?

    After we hear back from you, we’ll have a better idea of what’s going on and how to help.
