I had a box on my form for people to put personalization info on the form with name and # for an extra fee, on my phone looking i accidently erased it and now i cant see no one info that was inside the personalization box. Is it anyway for me to recover it?

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Are you referring to this form? If so, I can still see the personalization info you mentioned. Check out the screenshot below.
If you're talking about the placeholder text that may have been accidentally erased, you can easily restore it by accessing your Revision History and reverting to a previous version. Let me show you how:
- In your Form Builder, click the small green text below the form title.
- In the Revision History, select a revision, and click on Revert. You will then see the previous state of your form.
