How to reset the form encryption code?

    I got in after a few trys. I'm not sure what happened.

    Hi Carolyn,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, this is not possible. Once an access code is set, it cannot be reset or changed. Please ensure you store your access code securely. If you forget it, your data will be considered lost, as we won't be able to decrypt it.
