I have the free account and want to free up space. I've deleted a lot of the forms but it's still saying my space is full. How do I clear this?

Hi Demiree,
Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. The file upload storage of the account is now at 102.75 MB. The form empowHER. 2025 speakHER Application form has 46 uploads. You will need to delete the submissions with file uploads to free up space. Please note that deleted submissions are soft deleted and will remain in the system for 30 days in case you will need to restore them. However, if you need to permanently delete submissions right away, then you will to purge them from the trashed entries section of the Jotform Table. Let me show you how:
1. In Jotform Table, click the kebab icon beside the form name and
2. Select Trashed entries.
3. In the Trash panel, select the submissions or tick on the Select All checkbox to mark all entries.
4. Click Delete Forever.
5. Lastly, click Delete to confirm that submissions will be permanently deleted.
If there are new submissions, what you can do is to download the submissions first prior to deleting them. You can download your data from Jotform Tables in CSV, Excel, or PDF format. Let me show you how:
1. On your My Tables page, next to the form with the submissions you want to see, click on View Table.
2. Hover your mouse over the Download All button on the right side of the page.
3. Now, choose CSV, Excel, or PDF format and download your data.
Let us know if you need any other help.
