Hi Franz056722,
We can disable multiple submissions by using the Unique Field feature. Let me show you how to do that:
- In Form Builder, click on Settings and on the Show More Options button.
- Scroll down to Unique Field and set it to your Email field
That's it. If the email entered already exists on your table, the user will be presented with the following screen on form submission:
