Convert PDF to Powerpoint

Thanks for the informative article. Do you have any suggestions on how to convert a PDF to PowerPoint when the PDF has a variety of different sizes -- 8.5x11, 11x17 -- and both vertical and horizontal orientations. The PPT file produced is a jumble of pages with contact flowing off the edges, etc.
