    Hi, Unable to log in account to remove in active form. Did not received email to change password

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I checked and there is no account associated with the email sales@orientalvege.com. Could you please share with us the link to the form so we can use it to pull out the account where it was created?

    Once we hear back from you, we'll be able to move forward with a solution.
