Form Limits inquiry

    Hello there,

I am new to Jotform and I am trying the "Free" version to collect submissions for an upcoming show. I am doing the free option because I do not want any more than 100 submissions at this time so it fit my needs. If it went well, I would intend to upgrade and use this platform long term.

Upon further review, I see that I get 100 "submissions" but I only have 10 "payment submissions"

I can't seem to find any information on what the difference between payment submissions and regular submission are, but I would like to guarantee that I am able to collect an application fee and have up to 100 responses before I go live with this form.

    Thank you

    Hi Linda,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The Payment submission limit is the submissions you receive with payments. It counts all the submission you receive in your payment form. The Submissions limit is the submissions you receive from your regular forms. You can learn more about limits in this guide.
