Authorize.net: Error during transaction

    Hello,


    I am trying to accept payments through Authorize.net on my jotform form, but every time respondents try to pay, an error message pops up saying "Error during transaction. The merchant login ID or password is invalid or the account is inactive." I've checked the authorize.net account and it still works, so I believe the problem is through Jotform. I've verified that the merchant ID is correct, but the error message still comes up.

    Hi VMUN,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. The error that you've screenshot is related to your Authorize.net credentials. Usually, this error means that your login details are not correct. Can you please try to generate a new Authorize.net Transaction Key and try again?

    If the issue persists with the new Transaction Key, please test the form using a different web browser or device.
