im unable to open submission file

    team un able to open my my acess file which i got from customers on query its asking encrypted file pswrd

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you provide more details on your issue so that  we can   propose the right solution? 

    Are you encountering an issue where a file attached by the user in a submitted form is prompting for a password? It seems the file is encrypted. The best solution is to inform the user that the file was encrypted and request them to resend it without encryption. The user can use the autoresponder email they received and click on the edit link to resubmit the form with the updated file.
