Submissions are missing

I have received many submission via email but when I went to my form on jotform to dowload all of my submissions it only showed 4 total.

What happened? Help!!!????

I checked the trash in my inbox and nothing was there. :/

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you send us the link to the form you're referring to for us to investigate it further? If you can take a screenshot of the notification email you received, which isn't showing in the submission table, that will help us to better understand what’s going on. We have a guide about how to do that here.
