Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can integrate your form with Microsoft Teams in just a few steps. Let me show you how:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Settings.
2. Under the Integrations tab on the left side of the page, click on Microsoft Teams Integration.
3. Now, select an Action and connect your Microsoft Teams account.
4. Finally, setup the Action you've chosen and that's it.
