    Hello,

My survey (Campus Link | LCMS U | Campus Survey (jotform.com)) is not following the rules I have setup. Basically I only want to be shown the state that is selected in the first question while all other options are hidden.

    Hi lcmsbbnc,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. When I cloned and tested your form, I was able to replicate the issue. However, after carefully checking on your form, I see here that this is caused by a conflict on your Hide conditions. You will need to edit all Hide Conditions and remove the Name of College - "State" from the Do part of your conditions. Here's a screenshot for more context:

Editing a condition is easy, let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, then, click on Conditions in the left panel.
    2. Now, hover your mouse on the condition that needs to be edited and click the Pencil Icon.
    3. Next, click the X icon next to the field that needs to be removed from the Do part of your condition.
    4. Finally, click on Save button.

That's it. Keep in mind, that you will need to do it in all hide conditions for your Name of College - "State" fields.

Give it a try and let us know if you need any other help.
