cancel bronze package

    Good Afternoon

    I am trying to cancel my bronze package effective immediately as the end date for the current billing cycle was yesterday but it's not allowing me to cancel. Can you assist?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. We have refunded $39 to your original payment method, canceled the subscription plan, and downgraded your account to Starter. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for the refund to reflect on your payment method.
