How to send a prefilled form so it can be signed?

I created a form on the JotForm app that employees can fill out with their responses. Once completed, the form will be sent to clients for their signatures to confirm they received the notice. I can't find a way to send for the signature once the employee filled in the blanks and submitted.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. You can achieve your results by adding Get Form Page URL and the adding show/hide conditional logic. You will need to add a signature field, and turn off the Jotform Sign Automation, because when you turn it on you can't edit the submission. Let me walk you through the steps:

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen, click on Add Form Element. 
2. Select Name, Email, and the signature fields for your client, and a Name fields for an employee.
3. choose Widgets, search for the Get Form Page URL widget.
4. Click on the update widget button.
5. Click on the White gear icon to open the Properties of the Signature field.
6. Select Advanced Tab, turn the toggle on for the hide field.
7. Click on the green pencil icon for the Jotform Sign Automation.
8. Turn the toggle off for the Jotform Sign Automation.

Now, let's add the following show/Hide condition: Add a Show/Hide Field condition to show only when there is an edit word. Let me show you how:

a. In Form Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.

b. In the panel on the left side of the screen, select Conditions.

c. Select Show/Hide Field and then set your conditions just like you see below. 

d. Then, click on Save and you’re done.

Now, you will need to add the edit link in the Auto responder so, your form filler can get the edit link. So, whenever they will click on the link, they will be able to add their signature. Your Employee with fill out the form for your client's entering your client's email address in this case.

1. Open your form in Form Builder, and in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
2. In the Settings menu, click on Emails and hover your mouse over the Autoresponder Email.
3. Click on the Pencil icon, and in the window that opens, click on the Form Fields dropdown menu and select Edit Link.
4. Click on the Advanced Tab and select the option of When submission is edited.
5. After adding the link, click on Save, and you're done.
