    Dear customer support,

On the free plan it mentions there is a 10 monthly signed document limit. If I was to remove the sign field from the form would this remove the limit ?

    Thank you

    Hi Hany,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Removing the signature field and switching to a regular form will not reset or remove the limit for signed documents. Currently, you have used 7 out of your 10 signed documents for the month. Even if you change the form, it won’t impact the signed document count. Instead, the submission will simply be counted toward your total submissions, which is currently at 7 out of 100. Refer to this guide on how to manage your Account and usage limits.

If it's important for your forms to include signatures and the 10 signed submissions per month limit isn’t enough, we recommend upgrading your plan to accommodate your needs. You can visit our Pricing page to explore the available options and choose the plan that best suits your requirements. If you're unsure about which plan to select, feel free to share how you plan to use Jotform, and we can provide personalized recommendations.

    Hi Hany,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Since you already deleted the signature it will no longer be counted towards your monthly signature limit. However, the following features will be disabled.

    • Automatically turn signed submissions into PDF documents
    • Receive an audit trail for each signed document
    • Disable submission editing
    • Require form users to give consent for their signatures

Reach out again if you have any other questions.
