    Hi there,

I'm looking to have a specific follow up message populate after someone has signed my document on JotForm. Is this possible?

    Thanks,

    Lizzy

    Hi Lizzy,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Can you explain more about the follow up message you're referring to? If you're referring to an email, you can setup an Autoresponder email that will be sent to your users after they completed the form. It is very easy to do. Let me show you how to set that up:

    1. IForm Builder, in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page, click on Settings.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Now, click on Add Email.
    4. Then, select Autoresponder Email, and customize the options the way you want them, and you’re done.

We also have a guide here that you can check to learn more about this.

Reach out again if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Thank you for that. I'm actually looking to share the form through a link, not through specific emails. Is there a way to have the customized message that way?

    Hi Lizzy,

You can use the Assign with Link Feature to send the form. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click Publish on the orange navigation bar.
    2. On the left side menu, select Assign Form.
    3. Click the Copy Link under the Assign With Link.

Automatic message after signature Image 1 Screenshot 20 Please note that, once the user clicks the assigned link they need to log in to their Jotform Account to access the form. Also, expiration date and time affect the Assign Link Feature. Once the link expires, the assigned link will no longer be accessible to anyone.

Let us know if you have any other questions.
