Google Sheets: Missing entries

I created a Jot Form to collect shirt sales, orders and payments. We linked the form responses to google sheets. Two of our orders never made it to the google sheet. They were on the form responses and paid successfully. Does this mean that I need to verify our google sheet data with the form responses? I need to be able to trust that the data is migrating to the google form correctly.

1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top of the page.
2. Click on the Copy Link button.
