I need a blend of multi-type columns and rows in the same input table

I want the top 5 rows to have textbox entry and the bottom 3 rows to have single choice entry within the same input table. See screenshot.

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Unfortunately, this feature is not available for the Input Table. A workaround you can try is to create two Input Tables where the top part has the Textbox and the bottom part has Single Choice only. See the screenshot below:
