    Dear JotForm Support Team,


    I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to inform you that my JotForm account has been suspended, and I am unsure of the reason behind this action. I recently created a form for my business and was in the process of utilizing it when I discovered the suspension.


    Could you please assist me in resolving this issue and help me regain access to my account? Any information regarding the reason for the suspension and the steps I need to take to rectify the situation would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi Abigail,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Your account was suspended because you’ve got a form named Breezes Car Rental Form that was flagged as offering a fake service/job application scam. We understand this might not be the case with your form, but we had to act according to the general rule to be in compliance with our Terms of Use.

    I’ve deleted the offending form and reactivated your account. You should be able to log in now. You can create the form again after changing your account email address to a corporate one.
