The DocuSign token on your Jotform expired

I just paid for a year with Jotform and still this link on our website is not working.

The link to click is under both the tabs for Marketplace and Alive After 5

This is where the applicatiant fill out a request to be a vendor - toward the very bottom of the screen is a box in red that states Insurance Information

when they complete the insurance form - it stops there and get an error message

Thank you for reaching out to Jotform Support. The DocuSign isn't updated yet, as your DocuSign account does not currently appear to be connected. Please connect your account to the DocuSign widget to make sure it's completely set up, here's how to do it:

1. Click on the DocuSign widget.
2. Click on the Wand icon.
3. Click on the Authenticate button, then sign in to your DocuSign account.

Let us know if you need any more help.

This is what I am getting now....there is no widget there is no wand

Widget Unauthorized

Widget is not authorized for signing. Reintegrate the widget and make sure the UPDATE WIDGET button was pressed after the authentication process.
