My account has been suspended for unknown reason.

Hello, for some unknown reason, while trying to create a new form, my account was suspended. From my knowledge I was not doing anything wrong, just trying to create a form to request login into my website. Please check into this and please unsuspend.

Your account was automatically suspended due to the form named Request Login Access containing the word "Password". For security reasons, our system flags and suspends accounts with forms that include the term "password" in it.

I've reactivated your account, but you must update your form field and email alerts by replacing the word "password" with an alternative word to avoid future suspensions. You should be able to log in now.
