my account says I have 100 free submissions per month but I'm getting a message that I've almost reached my limit at 9. Why is that?

    Hi Friends_Kootenay,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Our system shows that you've used 9 / 10 Signed Documents. Please know that the Signed Document and Regular submissions are different. The monthly submissions are the total number of submissions the fillers can submit your form each month. With Starter accounts, you can get up to 100 regular submissions. With the Starter plan, you can collect only 10 Signed documents per month.

However, you can still collect the filler's signature, by disabling Jotform Sign Automation, then it will not count as a Signed Document. If you keep it turned on, your fillers will not be able to submit the form with the signature. Please know that if you disable Jotform sign automation, you will not get the following features:

    1. It will not automatically turn your signed submissions into PDF documents.
    2. You will not receive an audit trail for each signed document.
    3. It will enable submission editing.
    4. It will not require form fillers to give consent for their signatures.

    Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, go to Signature element.
    2. Click on Pen Nib icon, and toggle off Enable Jotform Sign Automation.

Im getting a message that Ive almost reached my limit at 9 Screenshot 20
