How to prefill another form using the Action Buttons on Thank You page?

I would like to capture basic contact information on one form. Then i'd like to proceed to another form with more specific questions. The second form would be a link they can choose from on the thank you page. The reason for this is, that the second form may have multiple options for which form they want to complete next that I will need the recipient to complete. The second form needs a personally identifiable field, such as an email or phone number that i would like mapped over from the first form to the second form.

ie: We are looking to do a Homeowners Insurance and Auto Insurance application. The basic contact information would be on one form, such as name, address, date of birth, etc. From there, they would select which appropriate form/application they would like to complete next, and based on their selection/click of the link, i'd like to populate the second form with their identifier field.

I hope this makes sense. I do not have any of these forms created yet.

You can use the Fill Another Form button on the Thank You page on your first form and map the specific fields to pass it on your second form. I can walk you through setting that up:

1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the page.
2. Select Thank You Page in the menu on the left side of the page.
   
   
   
3. Click on Action Buttons and select Fill Another Form.
4. Choose the second form and click on Set Prefill.
   
   
   
5. Turn on the Prefill Form Fields and match the fields.
   
   
   
6. Click on Save and Create. That's it!
