Hi there - I've seen the popups telling me about the new Push Notifications feature. Where can I learn more about this and how to use it?

    Thanks!

    Hi BeCrashFree,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I’ll need a bit of time to look into this. I’ll get back to you as soon as I can.

    Hi BeCrashFree,

Take note that the Push Notifications is currently a beta feature in App Builder. When the Push Notifications setting is enabled, the notifications will be sent to the devices of the form owner where they're logged in their Jotform mobile app. It's similar to the existing email notifications that are usually sent to the form owner when their form has been submitted. You can check out our guide on How to Customize Notifications in Jotform Mobile Forms for more information. If you want, we can also enable the Push Notifications feature on your account.

Let us know if there’s anything else we can help you with.

Got it. So there isn't a feature to send push notifications to app users. That's what I thought it was about.

    Hi BeCrashFree,

Unfortunately, the feature that can push notifications to the App user is not available at Jotform right now. Only the App owner can receive the notification by enabling the Push Notification Feature in App Builder.
