Autoresponder Email: Form fields aren't showing in the email

    Hello,

    I'm trying to make a thank you autoresponder email for a giving/donation form. Each time I've tried to create the autoresponder email. The data of the field forms don't show in the actual email recipients are receiving. However, when I've tested it, it does show the field forms' data. Please help.

    Hi Kathleen,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I cloned your form and tested it to see if I could replicate the issue, but everything was working properly. Check out the screencast below to see my results:

    As you can see, I was able to receive the submission data and form fields in the Autoresponder Email. Try removing and re-adding your Autoresponder Email. Let me show you how to do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Settings in the orange navigation bar at the top of the screen.
    2. In the menu that opens on the left side of the page, click on Emails.
    3. Click on the Trash Can icon of your Autoresponder Email.

    4. Click on Delete.

    5. Click on Add Email.

    6. Click on Autoresponder Email.

    7. Customize your Email Content.
    8. Click on Save.
