Almost reach the Signed Limits

    I am getting notifications that I am reaching the signing limit on a form I created. I removed the signature field last night and am still getting notices that my form will be canceled. I don't want to upgrade. Please adjust my account so I don't lose this form.

    Hi Patti,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Bronze Plan offers 100 monthly Signed Documents. Please note that the monthly signed document limit is reset every first day of the month. You have almost exceeded the signed documents limit because Jotform Sign Automation is enabled. You can disable this feature so that any signed document will only be tagged as a regular submission. Let me show you how:

    1. In Form Builder, click the Sign Automation icon in your form's Signature field.
    2. Under the Jotform Sign tab, Disable the Jotform Sign Automation Feature.
