    Hi,


    My plan auto renewed and I needed to cancel it, can you cancel it now?

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. I have canceled the subscription plan, downgraded your account to Starter (Free), and issued a refund. Please wait 5 to 7 days for the refund amount to reflect on your account.
