I have Permissions issue with Jotform

Good Morning, I have permissions issues - onsite foreman are submitting their inspections but are denied due to "permissions issue." I am trying to sort out where it is coming from and require a hand.

Can you send me the link to your form so I can take a look at it for you? Also, can you send us some screenshots of what’s happening? This guide will show you how to do that.
