Not getting any payment after they submit my form

    Hi, my form used to accept payment from customers, now it doesn’t. It was going through square. Now, someone can register for a product and no form of payment is being requested or received. I’m not sure what happened. Can you please help me fix this so I can receive payment when someone places an order.

    Hi Christina,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. To help you better with this, can you share the link to the form in question so I can check it out and see what’s going on. Here's how you can find it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Publish at the top.
    2. Under Quick Share, click on Copy Link to copy your form URL.

    I understand how to copy my link and publish it. What I’m saying is that it is not linking to any source of payment. When people go to register, they fill out all of their information, but it never asked them for any money.

    Hi Christina,

    Are you referring to the form name Fit 2B Fit Registration Form and Waiver with Payment? If yes, I checked your form and noticed you haven't integrated any payment in your form yet. All you have to do is integrate it with one of the 40+ Payment Gateways that Jotform provides. Let me show you how to set up a Payment Integration:

    1. In Form Elements, open the Payments tab on the top-left side of the page and then click on Square.

    2. In the Square Integrations field on the right side of the page, click on Square Connect to connect your Square account (if you want to do a test, choose Test Mode).

    3. Next, scroll down and click on Additional Gateway Settings.

    4. Toggle Authorization Only to the On position.

    5. Now, just click on Continue and that's it. You're done.

    Please note that the Payment Processors you selected on your form will charge you a transaction fee. You may refer to our Payment Gateways Comparison Chart to see how much a payment processor charges per transaction.
