I am having issues with access to our app and forms

    My assigned users cannot see the JotForm App/Submissions on their desktop but they can on their phone. How can I give permissions to the users to see on all platforms?

    Hi CountryMax,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. They should be able to see the forms/submissions regardless of the device they are using. They can see a list of the forms that have been assigned to them on thier My Forms Page. It's easy, let me show you how:

    1. Open your My Forms page.
    2. In the menu on the left side of the page, click on Assigned Forms.

    If there is no Autoresponder Email on the form assigned to you or the configuration isn't correct, you won't get an email. If that happens, please reach out to the owner of the form. If the issue persists, share a screenshot of the Assigned Forms section and we'll do a more in-depth investigation and work on finding a solution.
