We need to register a client as user and have to maintain all the history of that particular client under single user account.

    Hi Jasvinder,

Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Although we don't have the option to create an account for a user who registered on your form, as a workaround, you can add a Full Name field on your form and filter it on the submission table to find all the data submitted by that user. Let me show you how to do it:

First, let's add a Full Name field on your form:

    1. In Form Builder, click on Add Element on the upper left side of the page.

    2. Drag and drop a Full Name field on your form.

Once you have submissions on your form, you can filter them on the submission table. Let's do it:

    1. In Form Builder, click on the Downward Arrow icon on the upper left side of the page.
    2. Click on Tables.

    3. Click on Filter.
    4. Select your Full Name field on the first dropdown under Advanced Filters.
    5. Select Equals on the second dropdown under Advanced Filters.
    6. Enter your client's name in the field under Advanced Filters.
    7. Click on Apply Filter.

That's it. Let us know if you have any other questions.
