Account Suspended: Request to reinstate.

My account got suspended for the third time in les than 24h... as always, I am just doing forms to have stats on football games with friends.

Plus, just a few seconds before being suspended, it said I had no forms (as it both forms I had were erased...)

Please help me!

Second, what is that is triggering the "potential spam/phising"? So that I
can make sure to avoid it/change it so that it stops deactivating.
