Getting API-Limit exceeded

    Hi TOPARAG,

    Thanks for reaching out to Jotform Support. Widgets and integrations you use in your forms uses API to fetch information from your account. If you reached your account's API call limit, you may start getting errors like 'API-Limit exceeded', which is what you mentioned on the title of this thread.

    You are currently under a Silver plan, so you can make up to 50,000 requests per day. Keep in mind that, API Call you make using Jotform API, counts towards the limit as well. I've gone ahead and reset your account's API limit. Can you check again if the issue still persists?

    To keep track of your usage, let me walk you through on how to check your API request limit.

    1. Go to Jotform's API documentation here.

    2. Then, choose an API call on the left side menu.

    3. Enter your API Key, in the apikey field under Test Console.

    4. Lastly, click on Try it out button, to get the result.
